Bracknell pub reopens after major £500,000 refurbishment

Local Bracknell pub, The Boot, has reopened after undergoing an extensive £500,000 transformation. The pub welcomed customers back 2 weeks ago, several months after refurbishment works began.

The pub now boasts a whole new look with additional booths fitted, an improved beer garden with beach huts for alfresco dining, additional natural lighting from glass roofs, new toilets, flooring and furniture throughout as well as an extended trading area. The Boot has also launched a new food menu and offers a wide range of real ales, craft beers, premium spirits and wines. Paul Wigham, CEO of All Our Bars, said: “It’s great to see this beautiful building fully restored, the designers have really done it justice.”

The pub celebrated it’s refurbishment with a preview party at the beginning of September which coincided with the reopening of the Lexicon. “We want to say thank you to everyone who joined us for our preview party, we had a great evening and the feedback we received was fantastic. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to redevelop The Boot, the pub looks beautiful, and we hope it will appeal to locals and visitors alike” said Paul Wigham.

Speaking about the refurbishment, pub manager Shaks Khan said: “We are so pleased with how everything has worked out, the support we have received from customers has been brilliant.”

The Boot also serves up delicious Sunday roasts for the whole family to enjoy and opens at 9am from Monday to Saturday for breakfast and brunch. For more information visit
